30-Day Return Window
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Before You Return
- Contact support before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Keep the product sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumable products, gift cards, clearance items, and products marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Bank processing times vary.
